NaNoWriMo, days 5-7He turned a corner, and found himself completely and utterly lost. The lights were out, too. "Curses! Salt and pepper, mushrooms and daisies! Why does this always seem to happen?" He groaned inwardly, suddenly fearful that someone might notice him; sound was, by far, the most reliable way to track someone down.NaNoWriMo, days 5-7
He took off his backpack and groped around inside. "I know that I packed a flashlight in here…" Suddenly, he felt something cold and metallic. "A-ha! By Jiminy Cricket's umbrella, I found it!" He turned it on, but the batteries appeared to be dead. "Oh, potato peelings! Why didn't I pack extra batteries?
NaNoWriMo, day 4"Whatever," whispered Fin. They were hidden from view behind a fairly large hedge. "So, what's your plan, anyway?"NaNoWriMo, day 4
Chloe instantly brightened up. "Well, first things first. Where are you parents normally at this time?"
"My mother is usually outside the Planetarium, making sure that nobody can steal something, and to help the visitors in general. My father is usually in the security room so that he knows what is going on at all times. There are other employees acting as guides. Normally, I'm making sure that nothing breaks."
He said this all very fast, and had to take a deep breath after
